- Slice the chicken breast or pork in strips
- Mix the yellow curry powder, sugar and fish
sauce together
- Put the chicken breast or pork in the marinade
- Marinade for 2-3 hours
- Put the chicken or pork on skewers
- Char grill the satay
- Heat some oil in a wok
- Add the curry pastes and cook out
- Add the coconut milk, sugar, fish sauce and
tamarind paste
- Finish with chopped roasted peanuts and
garnish with coriander
- Bring the sugar, vinegar and salt to the boil
- Cook for 2-3 minutes
- Allow to cool
- Garnish with sliced cucumber and sliced chilli
